About the Facilitation:

 

Never, Ever Give Up - CLE offers a facilitation where participants will be challenged to bear witness and acknowledge each other's stories. 

We create a safe place for people to anonymously share their hardest moments and an opportunity to practice empathy and strengthen emotional intelligence. 

 

Our goal is to equip participants will the ability to have difficult conversations in order to foster an environment where everyone feels seen and supported. Workplaces, schools, communities, etc. all need to invest in cultivating these communication skills in order to build trust and a brighter future.

 

The Bearing Witness facilitation is designed as a liberated structure, which requires hands-on engagement from all participates and creates the conditions for empathy and community to grow. By the end of Bearing Witness, powerful and lasting connections are formed.
